Placement Process

Our placement process is designed to be comprehensive and student-centric:

Pre-Placement Talks: We organize informative sessions where representatives from companies interact with students, providing insights into their organizational culture, job roles, and expectations.

Skill Development: We conduct workshops on resume writing, aptitude tests, group discussions, and mock interviews to enhance students’ employability skills.

Placement Drives: We host placement drives where companies conduct interviews and select candidates based on their skill sets and suitability for the job roles offered.

Career Guidance: Continuous guidance and mentoring are provided to students throughout the placement process to help them make informed career choices.

Our strong network of national and multinational organizations ensures a wide range of career opportunities for our students across various domains including Manufacturing, Management, Computer Applications, and more. HR Meet August 2024

Training, Placement, and Entrepreneurship Cell hosted an event titled ‘Strategic HR in the Era of Industry 4.0’ – a panel discussion in collaboration with the NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management) CSN Chapter. The event attracted over 100 HR professionals eager to explore the transformative impact of AI, automation, and IoT on workforce management in the manufacturing sector.

The panel featured industry leaders who provided expert insights. Moderated by Mr. Puneet Dhingra, Managing Director & CEO of Loyal Info Services Pvt Ltd, the discussion was both enlightening and forward-thinking. Capt Vinod Nair, Head HR at Canpack India Pvt Ltd, vividly illustrated the transition from Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0, shedding light on the dynamic environment of modern manufacturing plants. Mr. Anurag G. Kalyani, India HR Leader at Johnson & Johnson – MedTech, emphasized the strategic role HR plays in driving business success, while Prof. Munish Sharma, Director General of MIT Group of Institutes, highlighted how academia can better prepare graduates for the demands of Industry 4.0. Mr. Vivek Solanke offered practical insights on managing change and the evolving role of unions in this new industrial era.

The discussion also explored how Industry 4.0 technologies can enhance diversity and inclusion, also, the crucial role of public-private partnerships in workforce development. This event not only deepened our understanding of these critical issues but also strengthened the connection between industry and academia.
