The Alumni Association of MIT has organized the 8th session of the Dil Se – Alumni Talk Series on 20th August 2025. The event featured Mr. Rajiv Sharma, an esteemed alumnus of the Production Engineering 1999 batch.

Mr. Rajiv Sharma delivered an inspiring talk highlighting the importance of a “never give up” attitude, determination, and the crucial role of mentors in shaping one’s personal and professional journey. He encouraged students to embrace challenges as opportunities and to continuously work on skill-building and self-improvement.

A unique highlight of the session was Mr. Sharma’s one-to-one interaction with several students, where he personally addressed their queries related to career choices, industry demands, and entrepreneurial challenges. This personalized guidance left a strong impact on the participants.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and alumni, both in person and through the YouTube Live broadcast.
