Alumni Talk series – “Dil Se” by Mr. Anshul Jairath
In continuation with the ‘Dil Se’—Alumni Talk Series, we had a second session by our esteemed alumnus, Mr. Anshul Jairath. Director at M/s MJM Fine Enclosures Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, on 25th July 24.
In total 24 Years of experience in production field initiating from working for an Indian then Japanese and there after a German company as a marketing head for capital machines.
In 2011 Started a Venture of Manufacturing sheet metal parts for Europe, USA and for Indian markets targeting the sector of Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace, IT, Medical parts made from sheet metal.
He is Chairman and the Managing Director of Indian operations has a setup of Extremely high Technology from Japan and Germany with unmanned lines of production in a total area of 7000 Sq Meters in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Mr. Anshul Jairath, a highly respected figure in his field, began the talk by recollecting about his time at the MIT campus. Mr. Jairath emphasized the value of the foundational education and skills he acquired at MIT.
He shared his experiences facing and overcoming various challenges throughout his career. He stressed the importance of resilience, perseverance, and maintaining a positive attitude when confronted with obstacles.
He highlighted the role of strong professional networks and mentorship in his career growth.
Mr. Jairath advised the students to build and nurture relationships with peers, mentors, and professors. He underscored the importance of giving back to the community and supporting the next generation of professionals. Mr. Jairath shared examples of his involvement in mentorship programs.
