Knowledge is the greatest asset and the birthright of all human beings.”  

The Gramaudyogik Shikshan Mandal helps create opportunities for the unprivileged young generation to receive meaningful education and training. The MIT Group of Institutions was born with this aim in mind. Creating a learning opportunity in an individual’s life may take up a few years; especially, in the narrow range of technical education. However, it is a continuous process of learning in the life of an establishment like MIT. To keep pace with the changes in skills and knowledge, the community has to have confidence in the courses offered and reassure that these courses are of the highest standard and lead to meaningful careers. MIT is relentlessly striving to meet this requirement. The worth of any organization depends upon what they know, rather than what they own.  

MIT understands the importance of knowledge and realizes its motive of imparting good quality education through a qualified, experienced, and devoted faculty. This infuses the habit of striving for success in a specific program and enriches the academic standards within the organizational hierarchy, from initiation to the final stages of development. This organization is slowly transforming itself from merely being a teaching institution to a place full of learning opportunities.

We at MIT believe in the maxim of putting our “Vision into Action.” Our “Quest for Excellence” in pedagogy translates into reality through  

  • “what do we do to Encourage Entrepreneurship and for Enhancing Employability” and   
  • “how we make Academics Relevant for the student, industry, and community.”
    • When “Academics” is aided by “State of the art and industry scale facilities” at MIT’s “Centers of Excellence” and “Skill Development Programs” designed as per industry feedback, it leads to “Enhancing Employability” for students.
    • When “Academics” is aided by “Research & Development” and enabling resource-responsibility implementation as “Micro-Enterprise,” it leads to meaningful “Industry & community connect.” This meaningful interaction means R&D efforts are purposefully directed to address the needs of the community and industry.
    • When “Academics” is aided by “Incubation” and “Micro-Enterprise,” an enabling resource-responsibility implementation matrix developed by MIT, it leads to “Encouraging Entrepreneurship.” In place of reinventing the wheel, MIT is partnering with organizations with supplementary and complementary capabilities and creating an ecosystem for start-ups.

Students and faculty both receive required support and resources to maintain meaningful two-way communication with the industry, institutions, and the community, which is the key input for making ever-evolving policies and feedback from implementation on an ongoing basis.

Change is the only continuity, and we learn from industry and community “Embracing Change, Adapting & Evolving” to strive to make “Academics more Relevant continuously.” Our commitment is to do what needs to be done now continuously; so that we are in sync with the ever-changing times so that MIT students are “future-ready,” and so are the MIT faculty members.
