Introduction to BCA and MCA Programs

A degree in Computer Applications (BCA) gets a candidate ready for opportunities like System Engineer, Software Tester, Junior Programmer, Web Developer, System Administrator, Software Developer, etc.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) students have in-plant training opportunities in the industry and handle live projects in their last semester. An advanced curriculum meets the need of the Information Technology market. As MCA (Engineering), the curriculum has technical subjects. The institute offers a remote center under NMEICT, MHRD, New Delhi, where students can participate in workshops organized by I.I.T.s, the local chapter of NPTEL online courses by I.I.T. Madras. In addition to MCA, students can opt for international certifications like RedHat on our campus. Institute offers access to e-journals and smart classroom and placement assistance.

Eligibility Criterion for BCA Program

• Candidate should be an Indian national.
• Candidate should have passed the 12th standard examination in any stream, or MCVC is eligible for BCA admission.

Eligibility Criterion for the PG MCA Program

• Candidate should be an Indian national and should have passed and obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) in any full-time bachelor’s degree of a minimum of three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian universities and having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination AND should have obtained positive score in MAH-MCA-CET.

Introduction to the MBA Program

Master of Business Administration (MBA) gives a good start to the career and offers a broad scope for career development and skills in multiple industries and disciplines. MBA graduates have opportunities to gain exposure and understand the market conditions in different regions. Banking & Finance, Management Consulting, Retail, Telecommunication, Marketing, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, consumer-facing industries need MBA graduates.

Eligibility Criterion for the PG MBA Program

Candidate should be an Indian national and should have passed and obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) in any full-time bachelor’s degree of minimum of three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities

AND

They should have obtained a positive score in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET or Tests like GMAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, XAT, CMAT, etc.

Note: For all of the above-mentioned courses

It is mandatory for all candidates desirous of seeking admission to professional courses to complete the formalities of registrations on the DTE website (www.dte.org.in) on appropriate portals, verification of documents at any of the facilitation centers (in the state of Maharashtra), and possession of a merit number. This is applicable for admissions under both CAP as well as institute level (management quota) rounds.
