2. N.C.C

Every year 20 students are enrolled for NCC and trained with basic awareness of military equipments and culture in the camp. The students attend two camps during three year tenure. 50 students got “B” certificate and 35 students got “C” certificate. Two cadets Mr. Bhushan Lohar and Mr. Prashant Khedkar of the institute (MIT-T) have represented in Republic Day Parade at Delhi in the year 2011 and 2015 respectively.

3. Sports

Sports activities like Badminton, Football, Cricket, Volleyball and Basketball attract good number of students. Students participate in Inter-college Cricket, Cricket League and Football tournaments on a regular basis. Students have also actively participated in various track and field sport events like judo, karate, running, swimming, athletics, etc.

4. Cultural Events

1. Annual social gathering
Every year a 3 days gathering is held in the campus to promote the extra curricular skills of the students.

2. Spic Macay students chapter
Spic Macay students chapter - North east festival - held every year to promote their dance forms. (globally recognized and appreciated dance forms declared as World heritage by UNO)

3. Drushtikon
Drushtikon is a Student Photography group which covers all the events of the campus.

MIT is the first college from Marathwada region to participate in Robocon. The primary aim of promoting Robotics is for encouraging the students around the world to develop and innovate. Various other workshops and technical events like Techno blitz, IMTEX, INSPIRE, etc are arranged from time to time in MIT.
