  • Aim Of The Courses

    To shape the students from different backgrounds into competent and versatile professionals who can deliver the goods to the society under various constraints, while addressing appropriate issues.

    • Master Of Business Administration (Two Year Post Graduate Degree Course) (60 Seats)

    In order to secure admission in the MBA course, the following criteria must be fulfilled:

    • The candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class categories of Maharashtra State only) in any full time bachelor’s degree, with any specialization of minimum three years duration recognised by the Association of Indian Universities. The candidate must have studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 or higher level examination and The candidate must have appeared and qualified in a Common Entrance Test like MAH-MBA-CET, CAT etc, along with group discussion and personal interview.
    • It is mandatory for all candidates desirous of seeking admission to professional courses (B.E. / B. Tech. / ME, M. Tech., MCA, MBA, etc) to complete the formalities of registration on the DTE website ( and get possession of a merit number. This is applicable for admission under both Centralized Admission Process, as well as, the institute level process (Management Quota).
    • To enable the students to apply knowledge of functional areas of business and integrated approaches for coming up with solutions to organizational and management challenges.
    • Nurture students such that they can demonstrate the ability to assess and evaluate the dynamic internal and external elements of the competitive global business environment.
    • Help students to understand and develop awareness about the ethical business practices and the social responsibilities in the decision making process.
    • Students getting placed in reputed firms for summer internship and final placements are rising continuously.
    • The MIT MBA department organized workshop on entrepreneurship certified by Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and emotional intelligence workshops for students and faculties from Marathwada region.
    • It organized inter-collegiate campus placement of Shriram Finance Ltd, Decathlon Ltd. and Impulse Group for management students of all streams.
    • MIT presented a paper on "Promotion of ventures by Entrepreneurs in the modern Era" at an international conference held in Feb-March, 2012 in Bangkok, Thailand.
    • MIT also organized under graduate and post graduate inter-collegiate event MIT Waves for two years.
    • MIT won the 1st Prize in skit competition and was also awarded the Best College Trophy by Eco Club organized by Millennium Institute of Management.
    • The students of 2013-15 batch won the 1st prize in TATA NANO Twist Promotion competition held in Marathwada region.
    • MIT’s MBA institution was also selected for National level Human Resource Quiz competition conducted by National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) at Vishakhapatnam.
